البقاء وضمانه:لا يكون الانسان متزنا نفسيا عندما تكون حياته مهددة..عند الخطر يكون الانسان في حالة غير متزنة لا تمكنه من التفكير السليم..
الحب: يحتاجه الانسان ليكون متزنا..فيحتاج لأن يشعر بكونه محبوبا من الناس والمجتمع وخاصة الأسرة..ويحتاج أيضا إلى حب ما يعمله وحب ما هو عليه..وقبل كل هذا يحتاج إلى حب الله تعالى..
التقدير:
يقول الدكتور ويليام جيمس (أبو علم النفس الحديث) : “إذا انتظرت التقدير ستقابل بالإحباط التام”
يقول خبراء علم النفس: ضعف التقدير الذاتي هو سبب كل مشاكل الادمان في العالم..
إن شعور الانسان بالدونية هو من أشد ما يجعله غير متزن نفسيا..على الانسان أن يقدر نفسه بنفسه وأن يعلم أن الله تعالى جعله أشد المخلوقات وأقواها وأقدرها على الانجاز..

التغيير وكسر الملل:
التغيير هو تغيير الوضع والحالة التي يكون عليها الانسان وقت التفكير في المشكلة..
يقول الله تعالى:”إن الله لا يغير ما بقوم حتى يغيروا ما بانفسهم”..إن مجرد البدء بالتغيير لهو أول خطوة من خطوات حل المشاكل..فهو يساعد الانسان على الانفصال النفسي عن مشكلته أثناء التفكير فيها..وهو ما يمكنه من وضع حلول أكثر عقلانية بعيدة عن العواطف والنزوات..
وهو أيضا تغيير المجالات وتعديدها في التفكير..فمن يحصر نفسه حصرا في مجال واحد لا يطيق الاخفاق فيه..سيفقد كل شئ بأول صدمة له في هذا المجال..
الانجاز:

أيضا وجود الأهداف المقصودة من العمل..وحب العمل الممارس..كلها عوامل تعطي معنى للعمل يجعل ممارسه أكثر اتزانا من الناحية النفسية..
تعلم من الماضي الأليم بدلا من أن يضايقك..
عليك دائما أن تتذكر الذكريات السلبية بشكل إيجابي..فهي خبرات تكونت لديك..ولو عادت تلك المواقف فسوف تتصرف فيها بشكل سليم..وماكان لك ذلك لولا مرورك بهذه المواقف الأليمة في الماضي!
يذكر الدكتور إبراهيم كيف قال توماس أديسون عندما سأله أحد الصحفيين:”أما تعترف بفشلك في اختراع مصباح كهربي بعد 9999 محاولة فاشلة؟”
فكان جواب أديسون: “خطأ يا صديقي..فقد اكتشفت 9999 طريقة لا توصلني للحل السليم!”
ويذكر الدكتور ابراهيم كيف كتب في مقدمة إحدى كتبه “شكرا لكل من قالوا لي لا”
ويردد..إن رأيك السلبي في ليس إلا وجهة نظرك وما رأيته أنت..ولا يشترط أن يعبر عن الحقيقة..فالحقيقة هي أنه ما من إنسان عاجز عن النجاح..وما من إنسان سلبي..فالانسان مخلوق به مقومات النجاح..
مفاتيح النجاح العشرة:
1- الدوافع:
وللدوافع عدة مصادر..كقوة اليأس..وقوة اليأس تتضح في مثال ما إذا لاحقت قطة تهرب منك حتى تحصرها في زاوية لا يمكنها الهرب بعدها..فإنها إذا يأست من الهرب انقلبت تدافع عن نفسها ضدك..وستنجح غالبا..
ومصدر الايحاء..ويضرب به مثلا ببولارويد مخترع الكاميرا الفورية..إذا قام بتصوير ابنه الصغير على أن يحمض الصورة ليلا بعد تسع ساعات..إلا أن ابنه أصر على أنه يريد الصورة فورا!..فكان من أوحى إليه بفكرة الكاميرا الفورية..
أنواع الدوافع:
دافع معيشي:وهو يظهر عند تهديد الحياة..إذ يدفعك للعمل بقوة..
دافع خارجي: وهو مشكلة خارجية يواجهها الانسان تدفعه للبحث عن الحل..”الحاجة أم الاختراع”
دافع داخلي: ذاتي..رغبة في أمر ما..
فمنبع الدوافع الداخلية هو الرغبة..واستراتيجيتها:
تركيز التفكير على الهدف..
التنفس الصحيح..لأن المخ يستهلك 33% من الاكسجين الكلي الذي يستهلكه الجسم..فالتنفس الصحيح يساعد على تجديد الأفكار والتركيز..
تحركات الجسم..يجب أن يتحرك الجسم بشكل إيجابي فرد وثني العضلات وتنشيط الدورة الدموية..
التأكيدات الايجابية للنفس..إن مثل هذا التأكيد للنفس يخلق فيها الدوافع..إن الواقع الذي نصنعه هو انعكاس لأفكارنا وبرامج غرسناها في عقولنا..
الأحاسيس المرتبطة يجب أن تخلق أحاسيسا إيجابية مرتبطة بمثل هذا الموقف..
الرابط الذهني لتذكر هذه العوامل..إن وجود الرابط الذهني يعني أن تقوم بأمر ما يرتبط في ذهنك بهذه العوامل بشكل ما..فأبسط عمل يتكرر مع مثل هذا الموقف كاف ليكون رابطا ذهنيا عند ممارسة العمل..
مثلا..عند قبض الكف أثناء الشهيق بشكل متكرر معتاد..يكون مجرد قبض الكف كفيلا بجعلك تبدأ بالشهيق بشكل تلقائي..
يؤثر في الدوافع الداخلية:
الرغبة..القرار..الهدف..الروابط الايجابية..النشطات اليومية (ملل أم تغيير)..إنجازات الماضي..مذكرات النجاح (أكتب إنجازاتك يوميا)..الاهتمامات الشخصية..التنمية البشرية (مثل هذه الدورة)..الربط الذهني..
2- الطاقة:
أنواعها:
روحانية (إيمانية) - ذهنية - عاطفية - جسمانية
وراء كل جهد قيمة ،ووراء كل قيمة استفادة..فلا جهد يبذل دون قيمة ولا قيمة لا فائدة منها..
مستويات الطاقة:
1- طاقة مرتفعة إيجابية..مثل ما يكون بعد الخطب الحماسية.. 2- طاقة منخفضة إيجابية..مثل ما يكون بعد الصلاة أو تمارين الاسترخاء أو اليوغا.. 3- طاقة مرتفعة سلبية.. 4- طاقة منخفضة سلبية..كالإحباط..
لصوص الطاقة:
ومن الممارسات الخاطئة..الامتناع عن الافطار..إذ يحرم المخ من الجلوكوز اللازم له للقيام بمهامه..وعلى النقيض يكون الإفطار الثقيل..فعملية الهضم تتسبب في ضعف تغذية المخ بالدم..
الهضم في حالة الطعام الثقيل يستغرق 8-10 ساعات..وهذا يعني ألا تتوقف المعدة عن العمل على مدار اليوم! 1

1- التنفس التفريغي: حبس الشهيق لعشرة ثوان ثم الزفير خلال خمس ثوان.. 2-التنفس المنشط..شهيق وزفير بقوة وعمق.. 3- فرد العضلات.. 4- الحركة الخفيفة.. 5- الهرولة.. 6- تنظيم الوجبات.. 7- شرب الماء.. 8- التمارين الرياضية.. 9- التفكير الايجابي.. 10- التأكيدات الايجابية للنفس..(أستطيع ان أفعل)
3- المهارة:
عند استخدام 3% من المهارات الذهنية تصبح من أقوى 5% من أهل الأرض..
احرص على تنمية مهاراتك!..تذكر أنه لا يمكن إدارة الوقت وإنما يمكن إدارة النشاطات أثناءه..ولتنمي مهاراتك:
-القراءة 20 دقيقة على الأقل يوميا..
-اسمع أشرطة سمعية..يمكنك ان تحول بهذا سيارتك إلى جامعة متنقله..إستغل الأوقات البينية!
-شاهد الأشرطة البصرية..
-اشترك في دورات التنمية البشرية (كهذه الدورة)..
-تميز في مجالك..ابتكر فيه جديدا..
-لا تضيع الوقت في التفكير السلبي..
تذكر: المعرفة..هي القوة
4- الفعل:
الفعل..هو الفرق بين النجاح والفشل!
لصوص الفعل:
الخوف من المجهول..من الفشل..أو من النجاح أحيانا!
بعض الممارسات الخاطئة تسبب الخوف المرضي..
مثل اللعب بالتخويف..كتخويف الأطفال بقذفهم عاليا..أو مباغتتهم..
مثل هذا السلوك يؤدي إلى افتقادهم للأمان..
1-الخوف: FEAR: False Educational Appearing Real!
أيضا مما يسبب الخوف المرضي..ربط بعض ما يحتاج الانسان بسلوكه..(كأن تقول للطفل إفعل كذا ليحبك والدك.وهو يعني أنه إن لم يفعل سيكون مكروها..قد أسلفنا أنه مما يحتاج الانسان ليعيش سويا هو الحب)

*التصور الابتكاري: تخيل أنك بدأت في الحل..تخيل أنك تنجح فيه..
قام الدكتور بتجربة عملية أمام الحضور..حيث جعل شابا يكسر لوحا خشبيا بكلوة يده (كلاعبي الفنون القتالية)
وهذه الطريقة مجربة أيضا من قبلي (مفرغ مادة المحاضرة).. في المجال الرياضي..إذ كنت أتخيل مبارياتي السابقة (كاراتيه) وأتخيلها مجددا باستراتيجيات صحيحه..

استراتيجية الـ10 سم..قم بالبدأ في الحل ولو بمقدار 10 سم..يوفر لك هذا الحسم عدم المماطلة..
استراتيجية كما لو..تخيل ماذا لو؟..تخيل الاحتمالات واسأل نفسك ماذا يكون لو..
